AMS-STD-1595A ( Formerly Mil-STD-1595A )
And AMS-STD-2219 ( Formerly Mil-STD-2219)
Specifications. Our Welders are certified for the following:
Steels
- Over100 types of steels which include:
- 4130, 347, 308, 318, 410, 304, 17-4, Custom 455,Custom 450, Hasteloy, Inconel 625 , Monel, 9Ni-4Co, 16-25-6 and many more
Aluminum
- All types which include:
- 1100, 2014, 6061, 5154, 3003, 2219, 5052 356 and many more
Titanium
- All types which include:
- 9046,Ti-6A1-25-4Zr-6Mo Ti-8A1-1Mo-1V
And many more this also includes all grades and "Types"
of Titanium (Type I, II and III)
Fusion Welding
- All fusion welding is done to AMS-STD-2219
Resistance Welding:
Spot, Stitch and Seam welding.
